We provide audio visual dry hire (equipment only) to the Midlands, Surrounding Areas & all the UK.
Collection and return in person is required at our premises in the Midlands.
We only display a small selection of our huge warehouse online; contact us if you can't see what you are looking for
All dry hire equipment is subject to a minimum £250.00 returnable security deposit
All dry hire equipment is quality guaranteed

WHERE DO YOU HIRE TO?

We Dry Hire to England and the UK only
Collection and return of equipment is required in person at our premises in the Midlands.
We do not currently deliver dry hire equipment only, however we do provide complete hire and installation services in full or part; 
design, delivery, set up, operation, break down and collection of equipment can all be arranged at extra cost. Please see our audio visual hire and installation services for more details or contact us.

RETURNABLE SECURITY DEPOSIT

Accepted Answer

Returnable Security Deposit: Non-account customers (i.e. Hirers required to pay for rental in full prior to any hire) will be required to leave a MINIMUM cleared security deposit of £250 (this can be higher for exceptionally valuable equipment) by debit card, bank transfer or cash which will be refunded on the return of equipment identical condition, they may also be required to leave valid debit or credit card details with the Company as a guarantee in the event of a loss or late return.

Hire Equipment Quality Guarantee
Our team will be on hand every step of the way to ensure you get the perfect system for your needs and budget. 
​We guarantee your equipment will be of the highest quality and condition, optimised by industry experts to operate at it's peak performance.
​All equipment and systems, big or small, are rigorously QC tested before release to ensure your events' production has zero technical issues.​
​In the unlikely event of any equipment malfunction, our team will either resolve or substitute with our on-hand back up equipment.

DRY HIRE T's & C's

Accepted Answer

Payments must be made in full with cleared funds prior to checking out. Payments by Credit Card will incur a surcharge (currently this is levied at a rate of 3%).
Security Deposit: Non-account customers (i.e. Hirers required to pay for rental in full prior to any hire) will be required to leave a MINIMUM cleared security deposit of £250 (this can be higher for exceptionally valuable equipment) by debit card, bank transfer or cash which will be refunded on the return of equipment, they may also be required to leave valid debit or credit card details with the Company as a guarantee in the event of a loss or late return.
Replacement: The Company reserves the right to charge the Hirer the full replacement cost relating to any lost equipment. The Hirer will have 7 days to return any lost equipment before any charge is taken, if the equipment is returned within the 7 days a charge will be taken for the additional hire period.
Identification: Non-account customers are required to provide photographic identification; they must also provide a utility bill (not a mobile phone bill) which matches the invoicing address. A copy of these documents will be kept on file for the duration of the Hire period. 
Local Licenses: The hirer is solely responsible for obtaining any license, qualification or other authority, which may be required for the safe and legal operation of the Equipment hired and agrees to abide by all legal guidelines relating to the installation and operation of the Equipment.
The Company’s Property: Equipment remains the property of the Company at all times. In the event of a breach of any of these conditions, the Company may without prejudice to any other rights or remedies forthwith terminate the arrangement and repossess all their Equipment. Re-hire is not allowed by the Hirer without advanced written permission.
Responsibilities of the Hirer:
The Hirer assumes full responsibility for the Equipment from the time of checking out until checking in to the Company.
The hirer is responsible for the safe keeping of equipment and is liable for any loss or damage caused to the Equipment during the period of hire.
The hirer is responsible for providing suitable and adequate security arrangements for the safe keeping of the equipment during the period of hire. The hirer must take all necessary steps (at its own expense) to retain possession and control of the equipment and in the event of losing possession or control will take all necessary steps to recover the equipment.
Equipment is not to be altered or modified in any way without the prior consent of the Company.
The hirer shall not under any circumstances, sell sub hire or dispose of any part of the equipment that belongs to the company. The hirer understands that the equipment or any part thereof, is not, nor will at any time become the property of the hirer. Title of equipment remains with the company at all times, or until the goods have been paid for in full under a lease purchase agreement for which a bill of sale was issued and retained
