Flexible 14 Day Returns Period

If for whatever reason, you are dissatisfied with your purchase, you can return it to GDS Sound & Light within 14 days of receiving the item.

You must return an item in the same condition as it was received, not altered in any way, as well as including:

  • All original packaging such as boxes, bags and tag

  • Accessories such as cables and remote controls

  • Certificates, manuals and warranty cards

  • Free gifts or bonus items including software

  • All items included in a bundle

No Returns / Exchange On

​

  • Software where the item has been unsealed.

  • Opened CD/DVD

  • Perishable Goods

  • Software serial codes delivered by email

Refunds

​

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

  • If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

  • A deduction can be made if the value of the goods has been reduced as a result of you handling/using the goods

Please ensure you submit your return application through our contact form, including your order number as much information as possible why the item is being returned.

 

  • You have a cancellation period that starts the moment you place your order and ends 14 days from the day you receive your goods. 

  • To be eligible for a full return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it.

  • Your item must be in the original packaging.

  • Your item needs to have the receipt or proof of purchase.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • We will immediately notify you on the status of your refund after inspecting the item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

  • We will refund the basic delivery cost of getting the goods to you in the first place, so if you opted for enhanced service e.g. guaranteed next day, we will only refund the basic cost.

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-­refundable.

  • You will receive the credit within a certain amount of days, depending on your card issuer's policies
